How do I get an account?
Ask for one below. If it is a fit, the questionnaire comes next, you sign it, we countersign it, and the account is made by hand. The installer refuses everyone without one.
What do I need?
A Mac on macOS 14 or later, the code from your welcome note, and about ten minutes. For live prices and, later, real money you need a brokerage account in your own name: Alpaca works from most countries, and a free Alpaca paper account covers the practice period. The installer brings Node with it if the Mac has none, asks for your own keys as it goes (blank is allowed), and never needs an admin password.
Can it trade without me?
Not with real money. On your real account every plan waits for your click and expires after forty-five minutes if you do nothing. Chat orders are off for every client. That is enforced in code, not in a setting. The practice desk is the one exception, on purpose: it trades fake money on its own for a couple of weeks so you can see how it behaves before anything real is switched on.
How do I hear from it?
Wherever you asked for it in the questionnaire: email, WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage or a plain text message, any mix of them at once. A plan waiting on you, every fill, a halt, a stop-loss flag, and the daily summary at 17:05 New York time. The dashboard's Send test alert button checks each one.
Is my money safe with Teloson?
Teloson never holds it. Your account stays at your broker in your name. Your keys stay on your Mac. Software can still lose money, and this one can; the limits you sign are there to bound how much, not to prevent it.
What if it crashes?
It comes back on its own, halted, and messages you to say so. The brakes, the high-water mark and the daily counts survive a restart.
